The Original Bull Dancer Leaves His Mark

By: Heidi Kitts

Lecile Harris peacefully passed last night, in his sleep, after completing the Dixie Nationals Rodeo, in Jackson, Mississippi. He was a true Renaissance Man, as he was an entertainer of multi-generations, along many avenues, as an actor, model, PRCA Hall of Fame Rodeo Clown. But, his best work was as that of FAMILY MAN, where he shared a lifetime of love, laughs and experiences as a son, sibling, cousin, uncle, husband, Dad, GrandDad, and Great-GrandDad! Please keep Lecile and his family in your thoughts and prayers, as he is truly missed. In fact, we all should give "Thanks" to his family for sharing such an amazing man and his talents with the rest-of-the-world when they deserved to have every moment spent only with them. Note: To say, he was a man, larger than life itself, is truly an understatement, not only because of entertaining the masses but at 6'5", he wasn't getting lost in the crowd!
